Corner House Youth Project is an organisation which runs multiple different projects to support young people in Stockton on Tees. Our experienced team deliver a variety of different provision, ranging from open access youth work sessions with informal education, to intensive one to one mentoring for specific complex needs.
Our sessions are delivered across the borough in 8 different locations, including both centre based activities and detached youth work teams. Our service does not stop and the delivery of youth work activities. We work closely with a variety of local partners including schools, police and local council to allow us to provide support and a ‘wraparound’ service to offer the best possible outcomes for the young people we work with. |
