DEBBIE JONES
CEO
Debbie is an established leader with over 15 years experience in the Voluntary and Community sector. She has worked in Youth Services/Education since 2008. She has previously held roles as Operations Manager, Alternative Education Coordinator, Youth Employment Coordinator and Workforce Development Manager. She is reponsible for driving the organisation forward at a strategic level and maintaining the sustainability of the project.
Debbie has a degree in Psychology and Criminology (BSc Hons) and also achieved qualifications in Child Psychotherapy, Information, Advice and Guidance, Counselling Skills, Internal Quality Assurance, Teaching and Health.

KAREN WINNERResource Manager
Karen in an experienced manager who has been employed by Corner House Youth Project since 2002. She is responsible for all financial aspects of the organisation as well as PA to the CEO. Her role also involves Building Management and Tenant Liaison of Newtown Community Resource Centre.

LUCY BENTLEYOperations Manager / DSO
Lucy is a passionate and accomplished manager, leading CHYP operations and youth services throughout Stockton-on-Tees. She is also the Designated Safeguarding Officer for the project. Lucy has a degree in Sociology and has worked in children and adult services since 2001. She manages the team who support some of the most vulnerable and marginalised members of society. She has previously held a variety of roles including: Youth Participation Worker, Drug Treatment Officer, Case Manager, Year Manager and Teacher of Health & Social Care.

NATALIE JOHNSONSenior Youth Worker
Natalie is a committed Youth Worker with over 14 years experience in the field. Natalie has worked with Corner House since 2008, delivering sessions in various locations across Stockton-on-Tees. She leads our youth work sessions at Newtown, Ingleby Barwick and Yarm. She has worked on numerous related projects in a variety of roles including; Alternative Education Worker, Troubled Families Lead, Healthy Futures Coordinator. ASHLEIGH STAFFORDYouth Engagement Lead - Targeted Outreach
Ashleigh leads on our Targeted Outreach work, working to prevent serious violence in the locality. She has worked in a variety of different sectors such as social housing, community investment, teaching support, mental health services, support work and youth work. She holds qualifications in mental health, sociology and safeguarding children and adults. She has also completed multiple pieces of awareness training around different social and safeguarding issues.

DENNIS WACHEPAYouth Voice Coordinator
Dennis coordinates our Youth Voice project, as part of the Growing Together Stockton partnership with Five Lamps, Cultivate Tees Valley and Sprouts Community Food Charity. He holds a JNC registered qualification in Youth Work. Dennis' project supports the development of our Youth Mentors and Youth Assistants, across our youth clubs and our partner agencies.

SUPPORT STAFF
In addition to our core staff, we have a dedicated team of youth support workers who assist on our youth work provision. They allow us to offer services in a variety centres and locations across the borough and bring a wealth of experience and expertise to our delivery.
BOARD OF TRUSTEES
Our Board of Trustees provide leadership, strategic direction and keep the organisation under prudent control.
The Board currently has six members who have a diverse range of skills and qualities gained from different professional backgrounds.
At our Annual General Meeting the members elect, from amongst themselves, a Chairperson and Treasurer, who hold office for one year. Our Board holds a minimum of four ordinary meetings each year plus the Annual General Meeting.
